5. We plan the schedule  and handle required permits and co-op or HOA paperwork coordination once you decide to move forward.

How can I prepare for a remodeling estimate?

A little preparation makes the estimate more accurate. Gather photos of finishes you like, a list of what is not working in the space, a comfortable budget range and any building rules or co-op board requirements. If more than one person makes decisions in your home, try to have everyone at the visit.

Yes. Estimates are free for homeowners. A one-time nominal fee applies only for those already under contract. There is no obligation: you receive an accurate, detailed written estimate and decide on your own schedule whether to move forward with Procraft Design & Construction.
